1、老师的出发点没有错，只是观念和教育方式欠妥当。
不管是在影片中，还是在我们现实的教育教学中，教师的辛苦我们深有，孩子的吃喝拉撒睡学，一切的活动都在有老师的指导下完成，老师的劳动量是巨大的。同时老师为了培养孩子良好的生活习惯，让他们的一切活动都在集体中强制完成，老师的想法是好的，但在一刀切甚至有些半军事化的教育中，泯灭了孩子个性的发展，使得孩子的心理得不到正常的发展，最终导致孩子有了心理阴影和行为问题。
2、一刀切式的教育，使幼儿的个性发展得到抑制，摧毁了教师在幼儿心目中崇高的形象。
3、教师应充分尊重幼儿的人格，满足他们的心理需求。
教师是人类灵魂的工程师，教师所从事的职业也可以说是世上最难做的职业，因为她的服务对象是“人”，不是机器或动物。人本身是个复杂的个体，教师要把人培养成人才，那就需要我们教师方方面面的思考和更为周全的做法，用心去浇灌。
4、教师与幼儿的关系以及教师的角色需要教师从新思考。
影片中教师与幼儿的关系可以说是对立的关系，与今天所倡导的新的师幼关系是违背的。在新时期里，对教师做出了更高的要求，教师的身份是多重的，她既是教师，也是朋友，也是妈妈，纲要中说，教师是幼儿的合作者、支持者和引导者，但是什么时候什么事情运用什么样的关系来处理是个难点。我们教师要学会随时转变自己的角色，基础是首先要明确教师是为幼儿服务的。

刚刚带着胡萍老师提出的几个问题看完了《看上去很美》这部电影，心情挺沉重也让我思考，我以前在中央六台看过这部电影，但当时没有那么多的想法，只是觉得全托的孩子挺可怜，那么多的孩子就四个老师来看，不可能面面俱到照顾得那么好，但今天看完就有了更深层的感受：
我先来说说爱的级别，方枪枪的班主任李老师给予孩子们的爱我觉得是负极（摧残式）。在她的“关爱”下获得的.“成长”是孤僻、暴力。李老师把骂人的方枪枪关到小黑屋里，对孩子玩的打针游戏说方枪枪是小流氓，让还没学会穿衣服的枪枪当众表演以至尿裤子，我觉得这些都是在对孩子的心理和情感的摧残。在方枪枪的心灵里李老师很可怕就像妖怪，带着大家去抓妖怪（李老师），以至于把李老师气得大发雷霆。这就是孩子的真实想法，妖怪是非常可怕的，它会把小朋友们都吃掉。还有当方枪枪说他不想上幼儿园的时候孔园长对他说：“在幼儿园的时候是你最快乐、最无忧无虑的时光”，随后跟老师们说关方枪枪禁闭，不许其它小朋友与他说话，把他孤立起来。从方枪枪的眼神中谁还能看出童年的快乐、无忧无虑？等他被解除禁闭回到小朋友中间时故意说“快跟老师说我出队了”，这时孩子是一种什么样的心情？可见方枪枪是多么想受到关注。故事的结尾让人看着很心寒，我看到了孩子的孤单、无助、渴望被关注。
我是不会把孩子送到全托去。我觉得在幼儿时期亲子关系很重要，父母才是孩子的第一位老师，我们不能把孩子交给哪个机构来教、来养，对于孩子我们是有责任的，都说孩子是父母爱的结晶，那我们是不是应该把更多的爱给予孩子，让爱延续。就像胡萍老师说的如果我们没有足够的心理、经济、时间的准备，我们将一个生命带来这个世界，将孩子全托于一个机构，他（她）将会遭遇怎样的世界？值得深思！

The popularity of smartphones has exerted great influence on the way people communicate, so much so that an increasing number of individuals contend that face-to-face communication is being replaced by texts and images on the mobile phone.
There are more than one angle to consider this phenomenon. On one hand, it is pleasantly acknowledged that smartphones shorten the distance between families and friends. Even people from different sides of the globe can share pictures, feelings and thoughts through various types of apps on the phone, thus building a long-distance connection. On the other hand, as the picture warns us, too much smartphone addiction interferes with people's real-life communication. Statistics show that over 70 percent of face-to-face communication consists of facial expressions and body language, which is why people should stay away from mobile phones when they have the chance to actually talk and communicate with others.
In a word, mobile phones act as an appropriate platform where people can always stay in tough however long the distance is, but a wise man should know when to put down his phone.
