故事的开始，是人类在管理着农场，而后是动物的“自治”。人类无疑是被利益纠缠甚至掌控的，但动物本性是善良的，及至最后，都有动物在努力工作，但他们却相信了猪的谎言，相信着与人类同是利益追求者的猪带来的不切实际的希望，才会导致最后农场又一次被人类利益侵蚀。
农场中的动物们经历的统治从不平等到不平等，向我们展示了不同物种因***而不断聚拢地位，食物，金钱从而形成一个独裁局面打压敌对势力的相同结局。若不是受到了猪的迷惑，善良的动物们早就会揭竿而起了。不过我觉得在未来一定有一天会有人意识到这一点，并告知大家，夺回本来应当属于大家的生活。
顺应民心，本就是一个领导者的责任，而他统领的一切是由无数的人民构成的。任何的国家只要有一个明智的\'领导者，便会水涨船高，越发繁荣。

其实这个故事从开始老猪给动物们讲起义的时候，大概后面讲什么也就知道了。老猪描绘的乌托邦深深地吸引着年幼无知的小动物们，殊不知乌托邦是不存在的。
