我去到我的考场，只有我的'椅子是空的，我红着脸坐到椅子上，翻出复习资料与文具盒，把文具盒打开，拿出铅笔、橡皮、尺……咦，尺子呢？我把所有东西都掏了出来，唯独没有见到我那把透明闪光的尺子。哎呀，这可怎么办？我仔细一想，那把尺子正在我昨天写作业的床上呢！我彻底绝望了，只盼有奇迹发生。
可惜没有，一转眼，监考老师却已到了门口，缓步走了进来。我急得像热锅上的蚂蚁。正在这时，后面一个声音传来：“怎么了，找了十几分钟了，找什么呢？”我回头一看，不认识，草草的回答了一句：“尺子。”“哦。”他答了一句。“你有吗？”我问了一句。他摊开双手表示无能无力。我把头转了回去。“啪”，一声清脆让我忍不住回头去看他一眼。两节断尺。在我惊诧之际，他已把其中的一节递给了我。老师已经开始发卷，我已经不得不要了。我只好匆忙的道了声“谢谢。”便开始答卷。
