However, when we reached the top, we were shocked to see litter here and there, such as bottles and banana peels. Then we started to pick up the litter and put the rubbish into the nearby recycling bin and non-recycling bin respectively.

到了星期天，我和爸爸去试镜片——我要带325度的眼镜。我带着眼镜走了一会，觉得所有东西都清晰了。过了一会，我摘下眼镜，一切变得模糊了。我这才知道我的视力有多么差！医生说：“你得一辈子都戴眼镜了！”
‘经历了’这次的视力‘风波’，我懂得了，只有保护视力，从小做起，从习惯做起，才会把视力保护好！

首先，我们不要过分“用功”，走路的时候不要看书，坐车时也不要翻单词本。因为走路、坐车时手里拿的书很不稳定，眼与书本间的距离不停变换，调节肌就要不断地调节，很容易疲劳。
另外，看书时不要为了舒服而躺在床上看，因为躺着看，两个眼球离书本远近不同，调节肌需要用的调节力也不一样，时间长了，两只眼睛就会形成程度不同的近视状态。
还有，不要看字过小的书报，写过小的字，那样很费劲，会大大加重眼球的负担。
控制看书时间也很重要。看书时间到了一个小时左右，要适当休息一下，眺望一下远方，或者闭目养神。千万不要由于被书报所吸引，而如痴如醉地看上几个小时。
看书时，眼离书本的距离应保持一市尺，不要离得过近。这是非常重要的。
为了预防近视，保护视力，要经常做眼保健操。不能三天打鱼，两天晒网，要养成习惯，持之以恒。
保护视力，是祖国建设的需要，是“四化”大业的需要，是保卫祖国的需要，愿同学们都有一双好眼睛。

Every year, with the coming of spring, the weather will get warmer. And we usually have a spring outing at this time of the year.
Because of the warm and pleasant days, many people would like to go for an outing. I still remember one of my spring outings, for it was a very interesting experience. It was a bright and cheerful morning. I made a decision to visit a famous mountain near our campus. I went along with some of my schoolmates. We were singing and laughing all the way. There was a large piece of green grass land at the mountain foot. When we were climbing, we could see many beautiful flowers on the mountainside. The mountain was very high ,but we reached its top at last. There, we visited a temple and had a talk with a monk. He told us something about the history of the temple and we got to know about Sakyamuni, the founder of Buddhism. From the mountain top, we could get a birds-eye view of our campus. It seemed very small.
When it was getting dark we returned. Although we were very tired at night, we were too excited to go to sleep.
Comes spring! Lets have an outing!
