今天早上，爸爸陪我到体育场单杠处去练引体向上，同时练一练跑步。
一路上，爸爸骑着车子，我开足马力的跟着爸爸跑。爸爸不断地吆喝我：“快点，跟上。”我一想到要面对竞争激烈的考试，便快马加鞭的向前冲去，很快就赶上了爸爸。又跑了一段路，快到目的地了，双腿累极了，我又泄了气。爸爸在一旁鼓励我：“加油，快跑、冲刺了”。可我感觉一点力气都没有了，速度慢了下来，好不容易才到达目的地。
稍事休息，爸爸就陪我练引体向上。爸爸先给我做了几遍示范，又跟我说了一些要领。我刚一摸单杠，就喊手疼，随后掉了下来，不想往上拉了。爸爸见状说：“引体向上做16个才算优秀，你一个都拉不上去，不赶快练，怎么行呢？来，我帮帮你。”虽然把爸爸的话很尖刻，但“忠言逆耳利于行”，我只好照办。在爸爸的托举下，我咬住牙，使出浑身力气，好不容易拉上去7个。爸爸说：“我说吧，你能行的，这不就拉上去了吗”。
天不知啥时淅淅沥沥的下起了小雨，我和爸爸的衣服都被打湿了。但想拉上去的信念促使我一遍遍的抓住单杠，向上、向上。虽然自己还是不能完整的做上一个，但我相信，坚持锻炼，我一定会做好的。
体育锻炼很累，不正是磨练意志的时刻吗！爸爸妈妈不厌其烦的陪着我帮助我，不正是他们砥犊之情的体现吗？我还有什么理由嫌累喊疼，慵懒倦怠！

我们几个展馆讲解员一阵“浓妆艳抹”之后，站在各自的岗位上兴奋而紧张地等待着嘉宾的到来。正当我还在心里默念讲解台词呢，忽然听见一阵嘻嘻哈哈地谈笑声。随即，几个外校同学的身影闯入我的眼帘。这让还全神贯注地投入在默念讲解词的我吓得不禁抖了一下身子。接着一大队同学如汹涌潮水般向我这边涌过来。我被他们层层围住，真不知如何是好。就这样，外校师生来了好几批，我们有时有些不知所措地呆立着，有时就向他们一一讲解。
等我们讲解完了一批又一批，正蹲在地上稍作休息时。突然，老师跑进来说：“领导来了！快准备好喔！”我不顾站了一下午酸痛的双脚和麻木的双腿，倏地站起来，整了整衣领，擦掉手汗，抿着发***嘴唇，还不停地咽口水，来湿润一下喉咙。最后就在挺直腰板的那一瞬间，领导安静地走进来。一岗讲解员的声音娓娓道来……
时间就像指间的\'沙粒般飞逝，怎么一晃眼就到我了？我稍作停顿，不紧不慢地指着图片开始了介绍。这次的领导很严肃，没有愉快的谈笑，似乎也没有很认真的倾听，而是自己浏览着。这让我很失望也很难堪，甚至都没有勇气再笑起来。我在心里暗暗给自己鼓劲。笑！要微笑！终于我毫无保留地把笑容释放了出来——不管那些领导是否留意到了，但至少我是以热情对待的。
我怀着满满的成就感，以宽容地一笑结束了我今天的最后一次讲解。虽然错过了游园活动，但是我并不后悔。因为我相信：有磨砺就会有闪光。我今天的一次锻炼，就是离“闪光”更进一步！

I attended Jack's birthday party tonight. After dinner, Jack gave cigarets to our boy students present.
At the important moment, I stop them and told them the bad effects of smoking: firstly Smoking is a waste of money and it's greatly harmful to our health. And it can lead to fires easily. So we should not smoke at all.
But it seemed helpless and they wouldn't listen to me. Somebody even said that body and health belonged to themselves and it's up to them to decide whether to smoke or not. I told him calmly, "Even if you have the right to harm your own body, but it doesn't mean that you have the same right to harm others'."
At last, they agreed with me, and some students said that they would never smoke any longer.
For the next one hour, we danced and sang happily, and nobody did smoke again.I felt very happy that my classmate all understood the harmness of smoking.
我今晚参加了杰克的生日派对。晚饭后，杰克给我们的男同学吸烟。
在重要的时刻，我阻止并告诉他们吸烟的不良影响：首先，吸烟很浪费钱，它对对我们的健康危害很大。它会很容易引起火灾。所以我们不应该吸烟，所以我们不能吸烟。
