天是这么冷，都过冬至了，他还只穿着一件单薄的背心和一条平脚裤，他似乎没有感到天气的寒冷，我不禁倒吸一口气，不经意之间他已在我身边跑了好几圈，虽然他的背心已经被汗水渗透了，但从他的样子好像一点也不觉得累，他还是接着跑。我的身体里突然涌起一股力气，我的跑步速度加快了。啊!公园的早晨真美啊!呈现出一派生气勃勃的动人景象。

顺着马路边。一路上，清洁工们正勤劳地打扫着地面上的垃圾。我由于是第一次早间长跑，也不知道怎么跑步，双脚重重落地，“啪嗒啪嗒”的。“跑步的时候双脚轻点落地啊！”姐姐嚷道。于是我就把双脚轻轻地落地。跑了好长一断路了，我精疲力竭，想停下来休息一会儿。可姐姐有大声嚷道：“不要停下来，这样跑步就不管用了！”我只好继续跑。偶尔间，一两只小麻雀从空中掠过，像是向我们问好或是为我们加油。跑到火车站，我们有返回，这时，马路上的车辆也逐渐增多。路边树木浓郁苍翠，望上去舒畅极了！我气喘吁吁地跑着，实在跑不动了，想停下来，但一想到“坚持到底就是胜利”这句话有坚持地跑着，最后总算跑了下来。我筋疲力尽地往家走，因为长跑，腿疼极了！到了篮球场，我在把杆上压了压腿，腿这才好多了。锻炼了一会儿，我们就高高兴兴地回家了！
