从此，我再也不受伤了，是因为我之前的左腿因为扭伤，在纱布中成长了一小部分，这一小部分是悲催的，过了几个星期，我又可以自由活动了……在有一次的`放假中，我在和朋友在后院中玩耍，当我们再比谁跳的高时，我的脚在落地时扭伤了，我十分的痛苦，我会到家中，妈妈看我十分痛苦，于是问起了事情的来龙去脉，当我十分痛苦的说出我的脚扭伤了之后，就让我坐上车带我来到一位老婆婆那里，躺在病床上，看着老婆婆，突然，那一下，让我当场苦不堪言，在我大腿上按来按去的，一会轻，一会重，让我热泪盈眶，痛苦的看着妈妈，之后，我又哭笑不得，老婆婆在我脚上……
现在，以经好了的病情，又开始了，只有一跑步脚就疼，有人时，只好忍着痛在人群中行走，虽然现在跑步的性能也大大提升了，不再像七年级慢慢地跑了，啊！旧病复发，就是不爽，已经提升了，却不能跑，太可惜了。所以，我无论如何也不要自己受伤了，一但受了伤，就不能痛痛快快的玩了，受了伤只能呆在家中看之别人玩自己却不能玩，好不甘心呀！还要喝那苦苦的药，所以，我再也不要受伤了。
从此，我再也不会让自己受伤了、扭伤、摔伤、无论什么伤都不可以欺负我了，我要自己痛痛快快的玩下去，不过还要努力学习了。
也许，我会半途而废、也许，我会做不到、也许，我同样会受伤，但是，我一定不会上什么班什么伤来折磨自己的！
