But I think what impressed me most was the way you work. You do everything so patiently and carefully, which is highly thought of by all the classmates...All of these leads us to respect you very much.
Well,AS for me,I think full of humor is your another impressed charactistics.You know, I just regard your class as a very enjoying meal. I guess It’s widely acknowledged that all of your students like It very much.

您好！
您对我们学生十分照顾，也十分关心，还给我们营造了一个美好的环境，既能认真专一地读书，又能自由自在地玩耍，让我们度过了一个开心而有意义的童年。这真是以身作则啊！我想对您说：“谢谢！”但是，我觉得学校管理上还有一些漏洞。
第一，课间餐的数量。每次，课间餐管理老师分好后，就走了。课间餐都是由学生去拿的，有些调皮的孩子就会偷偷地那一个吃，或者是有的班的同学，从别的班那儿那几个放自己班的桶里，使得有些班的同学没有吃到课间餐。我觉着点做得不够好。
第二，订阅书刊的数量。每学期积极订阅书刊当然是好事。但是，有些同学订并不是为了看书，而是为了玩送的玩具，所以有些同学一订就是十几本。而且，这样会形成攀比的心理。有些同学就会想：别人都订十几本，我一本不订，好像很没有面子，更显得我家很穷。
第三，营养午餐质量。多次，我在吃午餐的时候，不是菜里有条虫子，就是饭里有只蚂蚁，还有几次，盘底有蜘蛛网。所以我认为中餐质量要改进。
针对以上意见，我提出以下建议：
一、增强课间餐管理，一定要有老师在场，假如有同学没有课间餐的话，老师要及时添补。
二、控制订阅数量，班主任让同学们最多只能订三本，不能多订。
三、让厨师加强责任心，认真洗菜、洗米、洗盘，这样就不会出现虫子了。
我希望学校能使用我这份建议书！

作为学生家长，我想向校方提一些建议。这些建议也是我们许多学生家长的心愿。
1、建议学校多组织学生进行社会实践活动，学校还能多组织艺术节或读书节之类的，丰富学生的课外生活。为了培养学生的口才，还能举行演讲比赛。
2、孩子是祖国的花朵，是社会主义建设的接-班人，关心孩子健康成长是一件很重要的事情。学校应建立一支优秀的教师队伍，制定严格的管理制度，设计高标准的教育方案，运用灵活的教学方法，来促使学生的健康成长。
3、把孩子从分数和名次中解放出来。应试教育在目前还存在，因此彻底摆脱分数与名次的压力还是有些难度。所以父母要端正观念，并与孩子逐步形成共识；只要努力了，即便没有考好也不必太在意。奋斗者的脚下总是有路可走的。
4、尊重孩子的想法，对前途的选择要符合孩子的实际情况。要真正解放孩子，最重要的是尊重孩子，只有彻底尊重了他们，才能使他们远离枷锁。
5、建立所有老师和家长及学校的联系方式簿，便于学校、老师、家长的联系。
6、在严格管理、严谨治学的前提下，针对学生特点因材施教，每个老师都多用多媒体上课，提高学生的学习兴趣。
7、对成绩不好的同学学校能否成立一个辅导班，利用课余时间把这些孩子组织起来进行强化辅导。
