??国人怎样误解了财富寓言故事曾经听说过一个故事。说是非洲曾经有一个被外面人称之为“马拉松”的部落，这个落特别善于打猎，常常赤脚与野兽奔走，狩猎的方式比较原始，就是追赶羚羊野牛之类的动物，常常几十公里下来，直到把野兽累死为止。就这样，大家练得一副好脚板，几乎人人都有一副好身手。终于有一天有人发现了这点，去找他们的酋长说，希望他们能够派人参加四年一次的奥运会马拉松赛，肯定有希望拿几个奖牌回来。交谈之后，酋长终于“明白了”，是想要他派几个最会跑的人去一个地方跑。酋长因此就问：“那里有许多羚羊吗？”来人说：“没有。”“那兔子呢？”酋长又追问。来人说：“也没有。”酋长听完断然拒绝，无论来人怎样申辩，也不再听他“胡说八道”了。因为他们的传统就是在没有猎物可追的情况下，从来不去空跑。这个马拉松族的'观念显然是那些抓来可以吃的动物才算财富，至于什么奥运会金牌之类的东西，在这里还形成不了财富的观念。他们也许不知道，奥运会金牌在国际市场上可以换到多少牛肉、羊肉，那一趟“空跑”下来，可以得到多少财富。所以，财富的概念是不断发展着的，而且是五花八门的。比如小到金银财宝文物字画这些有货币价值的珍稀之物，大到普天之下的王土与王臣，江山社稷，都被视为财富。但是人们常常对于那些无形资产、无形财富却视而不见。
不幸的是，中国人自古就是重视有形财富的多，而重视无形财富的少，在一定程度上说就如那个非洲“马拉松”族一样短见。甚至在很长时间里都没有无形财富的概念。比如中国人也有百年老字号的老店，但是，很少有人能够把这当成一个品牌来经营，更没有什么知识产权与发明专利的概念。祖传秘方当然也是有的，但是，也不会想到申请专利，利用知识产权实行规模化经营。
今天在全球化时代，某些中国人的愚蠢又一次误解了财富。他们不惜污染自己的环境，毁弃自己的青山绿水，不惜为建立“世界工厂”做出最大的牺牲，从而向美国换得那些他们制造出来的花花绿绿的纸；然后这些纸在美国这也不能够买，那也不能够买，只能够买他们的国债，在一些中国人的思想观念里，这些纸就是国力，就是财富。当一个社会常识被践踏的时候，就会做被人卖了还替人数钱的蠢事。要重新审视财富与国力，收藏别人印刷出来的纸那不是财富，真正的财富就是你的国民的幸福指数与智慧程度，这才是真的软实力。
