下午班会课，首先总结了小组上周的得分情况，有些落后的小组就有些遗憾，我又让他们组内讨论上周失分的地方和本周需要努力的方向。接下来我们就开始讨论什么是健康的中学生，首先，我告诉大家，你们是风华正茂的少年，应该时刻充满朝气和活力，这样的你才是健康的。1、在集会时坐姿端正，坐如钟站如松，一排排要看齐，更要做文明观众，不说笑话，不扭头乱看，要学会倾听。2、再升旗时更要站直，两手自然下垂，收腹挺胸抬头，目光要聚集在升旗台上，当国旗冉冉升起时，要目光注视着国旗，随之上移。此时，只能端端正正站着行注目礼，绝不允许动手摸头挠痒等，更不要晃动身体。3、上课听讲时要坐端正，手放桌上，全神贯注的听讲，让人一看你就是很有精神的。以上三点做好了就证明你是个健康人。

还有这几天发生的现象，如文轩因被老师罚抄写没完成而逃课一上午，这种心理也是不健康的，任鹏销因早上起迟了一小会而不敢来学校，怕老师批评，害怕同学笑话，一天都没到校这更是不健康的心理。

Every day, Christ had to work hard from morning till night, but still could hardly make a living.
