那只蝴蝶飞向了远方，我也随着它走到了一个池塘。池塘的水一如既往很清，水面像一面镜子。一只蜻蜓飞过了池塘，我顺着蜻蜓飞的地方看去，看见了一片菜园，外婆正在带着笑容收着菜。
这就像一个童话世界，到处都有耐人寻味的快乐，这是多么幸福的一个地方啊！

记得一位资深的农村工作前辈曾经说，农村工作最怕什么，最怕村两委班子集体不团结。五水共治、三改一拆、美丽乡村建设，不论哪项工作，都离不开村集体成员的共同努力。一个分工明确、团结有力的村集体，就是干成任何事的先决条件。影片中特意提到的设立村务监督委员会这一我们浙江基层建设的创新举动，不正是集体智慧的结晶。只有劲往一处使，扭成一股绳，相信没有过不去的坎，没有干不成的事。如何打造一个团结有力的村集体，需要多方面共同促成：一是有一个民主参与、共同协商的氛围，不能成为村主要领导的一言堂；二是要有激励监督机制，加强村民小组、村民代表的监督作用；三是注重村后备干部的培养和锻炼。
