今年暑假，我依然在学我喜欢的跆拳道。我学跆拳道已经将近三年的时间了。跆拳道能让我强身健体，锻炼我的意志，提升我的素质。
我每次都要穿着一身洁白的跆拳道的道服去跆拳道馆训练，现在教练已经教我们踢板训练了。踢板训练先想跑步的姿势，然后跳着踢，最后再换个脚跳着踢，就这样反复的练习。在这炎热的夏天，我们个个都训练的满头大汗，但是，我们还是很认真专心的练习。果然，功夫不负有心人，在教练的指导下，我已经是绿带了。每次上完课，我们都要喊出跆拳道的口号“礼义、廉耻、忍耐、科技、百折不屈”。
在教练的辛勤指导下，我懂得了“台上一分钟，台下十年功”的道理，我以后一定要继续做好每一件事。

I went to the countryside to spend my summer holidays this year. I liked green plants, clear rivers and lovely amimals there.I breathed the fresh air on the mountain and sometimes I went swimming in the river. I kept a diary every day.

叮铃铃……叮铃铃……伴随着校园动听的铃声，我们今天到学校拿成绩单的同学，迈着欢快的脚步走向教室。盼望着明天，盼望着暑假，今天总算等来这一天。
飞机虽然在8000米高空中飞行，但我的心早已到了此行的目的地——上海。经过90分钟的飞行，飞机平稳地降落在上海虹桥机场Т2航站，爸爸的军校同学早已等候在机场出站口迎接我们一家3口了，华东之行正式开始了。
每年我都不少于2次回到江西老家看望爷爷奶奶，但这次奶奶对我们能回到家，显得依旧那么高兴，买菜，煮饭，洗衣。尽管忙碌，但很高兴。
“啪”一个羽毛球飞快地朝我飞来，我找准时机，挥起球拍就朝对手来一个扣***，对手没想到我会以如此“刁”的位置扣球，赶紧挑球，没想到他脚下一滑，“轰”的一声……
朝远方看去，到处都白花花的一片。我热热身，便一下插进游泳池里，同学们互相浇水有些同学潜到水里，准备来一个“攻其不备”，谁知刚一露头，就成了“群众攻击的对象”。大家玩起了憋气，玩着玩着着有人来了一个恶作剧，玩起了装死，大家都慌了神，结果着变成了一声声笑声。
“fifteen，sixteen，15，16”老师读。同学们听了，也跟着读起来，大家正为将来的成就努力学习外语，下课了大家似乎还没听够，念念不舍的回了家。
“暑假作业”一提这次就头疼，好好的假期，被作业搞的昏天暗地，每次都要拿着一本本暑假作业埋头苦干，把大脑弄的晕头转向，让许多无辜的脑细胞坏死，但我还是在书桌前上一道题一道题认真做，认真检查，认真书写。
电脑让更多人有了施展才华的空间，看见我的一篇篇作文在网上发表，我感到自己多天来的辛苦努力有了收获，就像农民伯伯看见秋天的稻子一样开心。
