I bought/ordered an electronic dictionary from your online shop on January 1st, but I found it has some problems after using it for a short period of time.
To begin with, the battery needs recharging after a mere 2 hours of use. This means that I need to carry my charger with me when I go out for a day. In addition, the buttons on the electronic dictionary are so small that it is nearly impossible to type anything with them. Personally, I found this to be completely unacceptable.
Therefore, I would like either to change for another model that works well or a full refund. I am looking forward to your prompt reply.

或许,宿命的安排让我们重演悲情的曾经,但终于,物是人非,回不到当初.......我感恩这一段的痛并快乐着的过往,又让我从此不会轻易相信永远。
然而，我是真的那样真实喜欢过你.这种喜欢我想我此生大概都不会有第二次了.我依旧清晰地记得跟你说过的话跟你聊过的事.我记得你的喜好和爱吃的食物，我还记得你对我的评价记得你说的玩笑或者真话.我记得你跟我说过好听的话也记得你对我说过的残忍的话.这么多的话我不知道我还会记得多久.我知道回忆这些的时候还会有一点开心或者难过,但是我想我再也不会入戏了,我不再期望自己会在你心里留下怎么样的印象.不会想象在你心里占着怎样的一个地位.不会了.可能我真的很差劲吧。没有让你有颗爱我一个的心。
我总是在担心会失去谁。有时我在想，会不会有那么一个人会担心失去我？我不想被忽略，也不想被忘记，特别是被你。
最近看《匆匆那年》，里面有这样的一段话：所有男孩子在发誓的时候都是真的觉得自己一定不会违背承诺，而在反悔的时候也都是真的觉得自己不能做到，所以誓言这种东西无法衡量坚贞，也不能判断对错，它只能证明，在说出来的那一刻，彼此曾经真诚过。当我看到这段的时候，脑海里立马浮现的是牛奶面包的故事，后来渐渐明白，其实我也有好多答应的事情没有做到，我又有什么资格来要求你呢，而且这是一件不小的事
很遗憾不能陪你继续走下去了，也许，你的决定是对的，因为，从此，世界上多了一个想你念你但不敢靠近你的人，少了一个烦你让你生气让你受伤的人，你是我见过的最善良最单纯的女孩，也是我心里的最美丽的女孩，我说过可是你并不相信，然而这种想法是一直都真实存在的，你就像一本没有目录的书，每当我觉得快到最后一页的时候却发现其实还有很多，也许正是这种好奇心，让我如此执着，显然，我执着得有些不堪。原谅我的幼稚与无知，原谅我，真的很抱歉！！！
