5月7日，湖北省公安厅高速公路警察总队的官微“@湖北高速交警”收到了一条网友的私信举报，称其父亲在高速公路上边开车边接打电话，因反复劝说无效只好向警方举报。
“对方是个女孩子，正在读研三。”昨日，全程跟踪处理此事的湖北高速公路警察总队警官冯晶晶回忆，报警当事人称学过一定的法律知识，知道父亲已经违法并危害自身安全，自己是反复劝说无效之下才决定报警的。随后，冯晶晶等人与该女生的父亲取得了联系，“最初听说被女儿举报了，父亲还不太理解”。他说，经警方说明后，父亲理解了女儿的意图并与之和解。
按规定，父亲的行为可处警告或20元至200元的罚款，记2分，“他的态度较好，也保证今后遵守交通法规”，最终仅受到了警告处罚，对“大义灭亲”的女儿则予以100元奖励，“不过她拒收了”。
考虑到这一事件的特殊性，冯晶晶将主人公化名后，把该事件提供给媒体报道，新闻中的“陈先生”和“爱心菇娘”都是警方虚拟的。“报道时就说了是化名。”冯晶晶称，考虑到举报人是女生，此举体现了她对家人的爱心，再加上网络语言常称女性为“菇娘”，他们最终选定了这个名字，“当时在微博搜索时，也没有查到同名用户。”
没想到，这一报道成为了今年高考全国卷一的作文材料，考生被要求以“明华”的名义，给材料中的老陈、小陈或警方写信，该题目还遭到网友吐槽，“围攻”事件中的同名主人公“爱心菇娘”。
“网友骂错人了。”冯晶晶说，真实当事人已经知道了这一情况。为了保护其隐私与个人生活，警方不会透露任何与当事人有关的信息，而当事人也曾跟警方沟通，称不会就此事回应。

网络暴力会给我们带来什么？
犯罪趋势。正常人在被辱骂后第一想法是去反击，然而反击的结果不过是一时的快感，但如此继续进行，就会导致与黑界家族族员融为一体，也会有不可触碰、不可招惹、唯我独尊的狭隘想法。然而在现实中如果拌嘴失利，便会进行暴力行为，肉搏或用管制刀具导致犯罪。
心理阴影。温润且懦弱的人在被辱骂后，第一想法是在自己身上找错误。如此下去，轻则变成一个内向且好欺负的沙袋，重则拥有大片心理阴影且患上抑郁症导致死亡。
网络暴力已然成为社会的毒草，但也不是不可克制。在你遇见他们，请果断避开；在你发现身边的人有这个意向，请帮忙制止并缓和。把哦变成嗯嗯，把呵呵变成哈哈，不要去伤害身边的每一个人。
