I bought/ordered an electronic dictionary from your online shop on January 1st, but I found it has some problems after using it for a short period of time.
To begin with, the battery needs recharging after a mere 2 hours of use. This means that I need to carry my charger with me when I go out for a day. In addition, the buttons on the electronic dictionary are so small that it is nearly impossible to type anything with them. Personally, I found this to be completely unacceptable.
Therefore, I would like either to change for another model that works well or a full refund. I am looking forward to your prompt reply.

烦恼不应该成为折磨，它仅是对我们的一种打扰。如果烦恼成为折磨，那说明，我们的心性必定出现了“问题”。但烦恼又的确可能让我们的心性“迷失”。所以，要清除烦恼的打扰，抗拒烦恼的打扰，须从自我修炼开始。智者说：“若想没有烦恼，唯一的办法，就是勤修戒定慧，息灭贪嗔痴。”他告诫弟子们，“如果修行到家了，自然不生烦恼。”
的`确，扛不住烦恼的人，一定是没有经过命运历练的人。然历练是一个艰难的过程，亦是一个无法量化的过程，更没有一个“标准”的尺度存在着。譬如诱惑，你可以在10万元面前不动摇，20万呢？100万呢？一个亿呢？还有，你可以在一个地位很低的人——还是让我们以方便善巧之法作点“分别”吧——面前表现出一种谦逊与平易，而在地位相当的人那里，会不会生起一种“人不求人一般高”的傲慢？所以，轻松地称道“扛住烦恼”与“经受命运历练”，永远是一种理想，甚至是一种假说。归根结底，人自身的修炼，如何保持自性不迷失，才是最为关键。
我很羡慕那种处变不惊之人。他们临危泰然，临渊自若。至于诸葛孔明坐在城楼，清唱“空城计”，更让后人叹为观止。处变不惊，是须有强大的内心做支撑的，诸葛孔明敢冒风险，他原本打的，也正是一场“心战”而已。而这“心战”之胜，恰恰胜在，他拥有一颗强大的内心。
诸葛亮这强大的内心在面对烦恼时，发挥的是从容淡定的妙用。所以对治烦恼的一个重要方法，就是让烦恼自己飞上一会儿。在烦恼做短暂飞行的那“一会儿”，我们可以调整心态，或以超然物外的心态，或以“将心比心”的心态，或以坦然宽怨的心态，或以反省自身的心态，来处理自己所遇到的种种烦恼。这样我们便有足够的力量守住自己的心，有足够的力量保持内心的清净而不受干扰，有足够的力量排除自性迷失的可能性。
在生活中，尤其是在与他人发生冲突时，在受到他人误会或挑战时，大可不必立即做出“反应”，倘若立即做出“反应”，烦恼便真正上了身。我们可以调一下息，做一次深呼息，借此让烦恼飞一会儿。这短暂的停顿，便可以让烦恼点燃的愤怒、怨气等“毒素”迅速沉寂下来；这短暂的“一会儿”，便可以让这些“毒素”，迅速清理出我们的情绪。我们便给自己留下了自省烦恼生起的因缘的时间，便可以找到对治烦恼的具体方法。
这是一种能力，更是一种智慧，而这能力与智慧的获得，则须经由人生的历练，须经由正信、正行的修行。这正信、正行修行的结果，便让人拥有一个能自守清净的、强大的内心。
这也是一种信仰，如果你对你所做的事情已经深思熟虑，那么别让暂时的烦恼蒙蔽了自己的心灵，只有坚定的信仰和强大的内心才是克服人性弱点的良药，处变不惊，以不变应万变才是强者的法宝。时间永远站在真理的一边，让烦恼飞一会儿！
