4.倒装句
Only when we fully recognize its importance can we have control of its essence.
比较：After we fully recognize its importance, we can have control of its essence.

5.失衡句
whether or not he will come is still unknown to all the people present.
比较：No one present knows whether he will come or not.
That he has done it all by himself is known to everyone.

当然，句子并不是越长越好，也不是越复杂水平就越高。凡事皆有度。太多长句的堆砌让人觉得是买弄。有时侯，一个短小精辟的句子可以起到画龙点睛的作用。特别是在文末段尾。比如：

有了这些光环萦绕，各地公共自行车项目纷纷提上日程，有的还写进了政府工作报告，立下军令状，可谓扬鞭奋蹄、大张旗鼓、风风火火。不过，项目落地之后不同城市的画风简直截然不同，有的`已经成为一道靓丽的风景，甚至跻身城市名片之列;有的则是掉链子，大把问题扑面而来。一方面是市民吐槽，从车辆少、租车难，站点设置不科学到管理、服务不到位等不一而足;另一方面则是运营困境，自行车使用率低再加上车霸、车辆损毁而连年亏损。
闹哪样?看上去很美的民心工程怎么会闹心?应该说，自行车虽小，但涉及千头万绪，其中涉及的管理、技术、经营等尴尬也都需要换挡升级。
首先需要换观念，摒弃短视思维。目前，有些地方仍对公共自行车心存偏见这种项目投资巨大，并且涉及路权分配难题，在城市道路资源不足的情况下势必要劳神费力，因此一些地方、部门不舍得投入，不愿意改变。另一方面则是认识不清。公共自行车不是简单地一投了之，还涉及城市规划、配套设施、统筹协调、维护管理等问题，没有长远考量、科学规划，只是盲目单兵突进会埋下无穷后患。从案例来看，有些城市将公共自行车作为一锤子买卖，只重视前期宣传和投入，有了自行车就以为大业已成，最后一笔投资沦为摆设。
第二要提升管理，避免管理真空。公共自行车的投放数量、站点布局、租借流程、相关服务等，都考验着管理的智慧。针对市民吐槽的奇葩体验，不妨逐一反思，提升用户体验。另一方面自行车屡遭毒手甚至下落不明的问题也是很多城市的通病，在这方面要加大监管力度，制定可操作的管理规则，引入诚信机制、在停车点安装监控设施等，加强对公共自行车的监督管理。
第三，运营模式也可以继续探索。公共自行车姓公，有公益属性，但并不意味着必然入不敷出、一味依赖地方财政。比如杭州在经历连年亏损之后，尝试对自行车车身及服务点广告位进行拍卖，出让服务亭的经营权开展多种经营等，既保证了企业收入又减少财政负担，形成良性循环。而厦门也将面向社会开展公共自行车认捐活动，发动各界力量造血。这些尝试和努力，值得借鉴。
最后，还期待技术放大招。满足市民需求，使自行车出行真正常态化，这是项目实施的应有之义，而这也是一个不折不扣的技术活。一方面，不妨利用大数据分析来实现科学、精细化布点，普及微信、App扫码租车等，让自行车更加好借好还，提供更好的服务。另一方面，自行车本身也应该不断提升魅力。目前，一些城市提供亲子款自行车，有的则计划推出能测心率体重、边骑边供电、有GPS的聪明自行车，将租赁点与智能手机、可穿戴设备等连接想想看，这样的自行车会不会有更多人喜欢?
