外婆在厨房忙碌着，我站在门外看着。她手持锅铲，守在大铁锅边。外婆的背有点驼了，甚至单手端不动大铁锅了。她一手扶着灶台，慢慢弯下腰，移动脚步，低头看了看火苗儿，又用双手撑着灶台站直，眼睛紧紧地盯着沸腾的白丸子汤，锅里的白丸子像一个个小球在汤里欢快地舞动着，翻着雪白的“浪花”。
熟悉的香味在屋内氤氲开来，看着外婆的身影，我的思绪回到了小时候。那时外婆常常为我做白丸子汤喝，我总是看着她，手持锅铲，守在大铁锅边。这几年过去了，依然还如以往。
每次喝着白丸子汤，外婆总是一边慈爱地看着我，一边笑着说：“多喝点，长大定能考个好大学！”每次我都能喝上一大碗，喝得额头上汗津津的，小脸红扑扑的。这时的外婆就坐在我对面微笑地看着我，脸上的每一道皱纹里都洋溢着满足。
