有业，提供了你的精神来源。马斯洛的需要层次论中最高需求是自我实现。这就更加体现了精神财富对个体的重要性，人只有拥有了高层次的精神财富，他才是真正幸福的，而怎能拥有幸福呢？有业是基础。它使自己的生活起居有规律，不至于无所事事，烦闷无聊，虚度光阴。从业过程中所遇的挫折，烦恼，是对意志和能力的锻炼；事业上的小成功，都会增强自信心与成就感，给自己带来心灵上的慰藉；有创造性的成就，更是对生命价值的最高肯定！伟大的科学家居里夫妇在寻找镭&的过程中，几年如一日，十分艰辛与枯燥，但他们怀着找到镭&的梦想，从不抱怨，从不放弃。这就是他们对事业的态度，过程中他们收获的是宝贵的精神财富。
