文明是什么?文明是一朵花，花离开了水就会枯萎。要想创造出一个文明和谐的社会，每个人都需要奉献出一点甘露，浇灌文明之花，洗刷文明之花上的污点，花朵才能健康地生长下去。
可是，生活中还会出现一些不文明、不道德的现象，如：乱闯红灯、横穿马路、路上追跑、逆向行驶等这些行为正在严重地威胁着我们少年儿童的生命安全。为了你我的生命安全，作为少先队员希望大家都能自觉遵守交通法规，养成文明交通的良好习惯。所以希望大家可以认真学习交通安全课程，牢牢树立安全行走的意识。严格遵守交通规则，做到文明出行：
(1行人必须在人行道上行走，没有人行道的'靠路边行走。
(2不在马路上追逐打闹或游戏。
(3步行或骑自行车过马路时要做到“一停、二看、三通过”。
(4不穿越、倚坐在马路边的护栏、花坛上。
(5提醒家长遵守交通法规，文明驾驶，尽量减少对交通的影响。
(6在自己严格遵守交通规则的同时，要学会分辨危险，并且学会避免危险。
(7从影响自己的家人开始，劝告自己的家人、亲戚要珍爱生命，严格遵守交通规则，文明出行。
遵守交通规则，珍爱他人生命，就等于珍惜自己的生命。提醒爸爸妈妈驾车上道不超速，要知道“平安”二字值千金，“平安”才是回家最快的路;而我们自己也要遵守交通规则，如果人人谨记“马路如虎口，行人当心走”，必然可以将车祸的发生率降到最低。
同学们，让我们携起手来，积极做到“文明出行，从我做起”。
