学生当然会缺点多多：没有集体荣誉感，没有团结的精神，没有劳动观念，对老师过分挑剔，对自己要求过松，骄傲自满，自私自利。结果是老师挑剔学生，学生挑剔老师，工作没法打开。但只要老师尝试从另外的角度来看自己的学生，发现他们也有很多的优点：勤奋、积极、向上，在学习上不甘落后于人，有远大的理想，个个都想争第一。这时，老师们会发觉，自己的学生也有这么多的“亮点”！这些“亮点”，老师应该欣赏！
欣赏是一种信任和肯定。对学生来说，没有什么东西比老师的赏识更值得自豪的了。有一个女生在中这样对我说：“能得到老师的赏识是最值得自豪的，我只有在你写给我的话中，才能真切地感受到你对我的关注。”的确，在学生看来，老师对他们的赏识是一种信任和肯定。老师的欣赏，就是对学生的信任和肯定，而这正是学生工作和学习的最大动力！
