电视里有许多陪伴我们舒压解闷的节目，有时逗我们开怀大笑抑或伤心不已，也有增加学问且知性的节目。播出的内容品质良莠不齐、有好有坏，老师曾经告诉我们，电视娱乐虽然好笑，但是有些娱乐是作效果;有些节目很血腥、有些对话粗俗不文雅，千万不要模仿，以免学坏。还有看一小时的电视，要休息半小时，让眼睛休息，而且要保持适合的距离，这样就不容易近视了。
电视的功能多样，内容五花八门、多采多姿，只要慎选电视节目不要沉迷，不只可以增广我们的学校所学不到的知识，也可以了解一些国际间的大事，毕竟现在是个地球村，要有广阔的视野才能跟世界接轨。

电视功能很多，如，它的静音，不管你调到多大声音，只要按一下静音就可以无声了。假如，我在家偷着看电视，听见爸爸妈妈回来的脚步，我就立即按静音。如想让它有声的话再按一下静音就可以回原了。回看功能，可以把你喜欢的两个节目连在一起。假如你喜欢看5台和33台的节目。你就可以先看5台，然后看33台。也可按回看，电视就会马上回到5台，这样，你可以在这两个台之间任意切换。还有一项功能是屏显。如有的台，你记不住台号。可按一下屏显，就可以让台号留在屏幕上。也可再按一下屏显，就可以把台号去掉。还有游戏、定时、锁定等多项功能。
虽然电视很小，但是作用很大。可以让我们了解外面的万千世界。假如没有电视，我们就少了一扇知识窗。

但它带给了我许多生活上的欢笑，充实了我的无聊。而有一些桥段、一些梗，我也如法炮制地搬到真实生活，分不清哪些是该学的？哪些是儿童不宜的？也正因如此，爸爸妈妈限制我看电视，但我还是常常借口说要陪奶奶看乡土连续剧，顺便学方言语等冠冕堂皇的借口，正所谓摸蛤兼洗裤。唉！我眼睛的近视度数已冲破三百大关，使得我原本漂亮迷人的双眼，也因而黯淡无光。爸爸妈妈总是恐吓我说我会愈变愈丑，因此我要学习克制自己看电视的时间，并且要保持距离，以策安全。

电视机的用途有很多，爸爸平时经常在电视机上看新闻联播就，了解国家大事；有时也要看天气预报，好知道第二天的天气情况。妈妈和姐姐也会时不时地从电视里学一些做饭技巧，以便把饭做的更好吃。而我经常看电视上的《小学插班生》从里面了解一些小学各个年级某个方面的'知识。同时，我也爱看《动物世界》，对一些动物比如鲸鱼、企鹅有一些了解。电视机就像一个智慧的大脑，让我们全家受益。

I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy. Because of many greedy officials in China, it is time to reverse the trend itself by establishing new policy. As Chinese always has been our confidence that we can change for the better and better.
In my opinion, there is more to to life than just money -it is happiness, nothing is important than happiness. We can live a colorful life in our spare time.

在这个社会繁荣的时代，电视几乎是家家户户不可或缺的一种电器用品，它的模样朴实简单，方方正正，但是只要按一下神奇的遥控器，就可以让我掌握全球最新的动态。
放假时我喜欢看电视，看看美食节目，可以学会如何备料，如何烹煮出一道道好菜，而我和妈妈也常常利用假日，将所学的菜单一道一道煮出来，享受烹煮的乐趣;观看综艺节目，可以让我们放松心情，开怀大笑，忘了所有压力;还有些知识性节目，让我们以快乐的方法，学习更多的小常识。有了电视陪伴，生活充满欢乐;有了电视陪伴，生活处处充满惊喜;有电视的生活，乐趣增加了许多呢!

电视可说是我的好友，看着节目，我能无忧无虑的学习新知识;电视也可说是我的损友，轻易就摧毁了我的斗志。所以，我们要让电视成为自己专属的小老师，让电视告诉我们生活周遭的大小事，不要过度沉迷声光的世界而迷失自己，遵守电视分级，才能看得愉快无负担。
