在现场我们随意可以看到在已成活的剪力墙面上标识着现浇结构浇筑后的检查结果，在各楼层楼梯间处可以见到砼试块的同条件养护试块，并用钢筋笼锁好。在楼梯间楼层接茬处，我见到有他们处理接茬的痕迹，一般我们在楼层接茬处都存在不同程度的漏浆、麻面或者是涨模等现象，而我们修补时往往是用素混凝土抹平，完后看起来像一个刚刚玩完泥巴没有洗脸的脏娃娃，如今我们看到他们已经处理好的表面，是在处理面30CM范围两边用透明胶带先贴好，然后用素混凝土修补，修补完后，揭掉透明胶带，最后看到一个基本与剪力墙一样颜色，且整齐干净的.处理面。
后浇带留置方法：在现场我们看到他们的变形缝整齐，且无松散混凝土残渣，我们感觉很奇怪，因为现浇板上面有底板钢筋和上部负弯矩钢筋，往往我们做的时候总是在相应后浇带位置抹成斜坡状，且由于现浇板砼厚度约有10cm左右，浇筑完后还要将接茬糟整齐，经过询问后，原来他们在浇筑后浇带时，用约8cm泡沫板夹在上下钢筋处，并固定住，浇筑完砼厚，再取出泡沫板，并用吸尘器清理干净，完后就是我们见到的整齐、干净的混凝土后浇带了。
现浇面面层：在我观察了他们已浇筑的混凝土面层上，我发现他们的混凝土面层基本没有裂缝，且现浇面整洁干净，抹纹整齐，分析原因，他们混凝土浇筑时，先摊平振捣，然后用抹子抹平，紧跟着再用扫帚在已抹好的面层上轻轻扫一边，再用薄膜覆盖住。比起我们有些工地上的摊铺好混凝土后，振捣抹平，紧随着就边用抹子抹平边覆盖薄膜，最后现浇板出现裂缝，以及混凝土表面坑洼较多就好多了。

在本次参观中，我们发现他们在进入标准层后，剪力墙模板全部采用大型钢模板安装技术，这在我们当地是很少见的，大型模板浇筑与普通木模板浇筑有以下几点优点：1、砼阴阳角部位很少有漏浆现象；2、周转周期短，模板全部采用吊装，液压螺栓固定，安拆简便，可以缩短施工工期；3、墙面加固牢固，涨模现象基本不存在；4、减少脚手架和木板的费用，墙面全部采用螺栓及斜撑加固，基本不用脚手架，木模板基本不存在损耗问题；因此我觉得在高层建筑施工时大型钢模板还是可以推广使用的。
在我们参观他们外脚手架时，发现他们用的槽钢预埋固定件全部采用的预埋圆钢全部为端部钢板螺栓式，即在在圆钢上车丝，下部用钢板和螺丝固定住，拆架时可以将圆钢拆除，这种方法可以节省钢材，安装方便且可重复利用。
