假如你要上初中的英语作文【一】

回到上海，与阔别十余年的她见面，她依旧梳着羊角辫，一副天真可爱的模样。如果不是我知道，很难把她和世界五百强企业的HR联系到一起。十年的打拼里，她的每一个老板，都夸她能慧眼识人。

“你是怎样在一堆又一堆的烂贝壳里，发现一粒又一粒珍珠的?”看她一脸的.不谙世事，我不禁有些疑惑地问。

她看着我一脸迷茫，笑了笑：“很简单啊，我知道他是谁，就像你要知道你是谁一样!”

原本就稀里糊涂的我，愈加迷糊了。

她端起还氤氲着香气的摩卡，轻抿一口，问我：“现在是什么季节啊?”

我愣了愣，看着窗外的艳阳天，懒懒地回答她“夏季”。

“哦，”她故作惊讶，又说，“你注意到他们的穿着没有?”

扫视四周，大都是T恤、衬衫、裙子……我说：“这不都是夏季标志性的穿着吗?有什么好奇怪的?这跟识人有什么关系?”

她并不回答我，“是啊，这些服饰一下子就能让你辨清季节，可以让你知道什么时候可以穿，什么时候不能穿!”

“嗯。”我只好耐住性子。

“你再想想，是不是还有一些服饰，它们四季皆宜，没有明显的特点，只要你想，就可以穿戴。但你每次却穿得很纠结，是不是?”她睁大眼睛看我，很认真。

我想了想，还真是这回事，每次想着反正什么时候都能穿，还不如等下次，就这样一次又一次地等着下次。

“还有一些服饰呢，它可能会让你在一场晚会上出尽风头，让你在一场宴席中享受万千宠爱，可只要过很短很短的时日，它便再无用武之地，是吗?”

“是的”，我好像有点明白她想说什么。

她露出两个好看的酒窝，“其实呢，我用人也会把它们分成三类，一类呢，像华丽丽的晚礼服，拥有很多的荣耀，这也尝试过，那也尝试过，可没有一件事情能坚持做下去，没有特别地成功过。这类人大都华而不实，看起来很好，但很容易过期!”

“还有一类人呢，就如一件四季皆宜的衣服，过去是四平八稳，对未来也无欲无求，不犯什么过错，也没作出过特别的贡献。这类人你看不出他的好，也说不出他的不好，用在哪都让你安心，但也失了更好的希望!”她喝一口摩卡，顿了顿继续说。

“那还有一类呢?”

“还有一类，他们好似夏季的衬衫、冬天的羽绒服，棱角分明，他们的优点很特别，同样，他们的缺点也很突出，你能说出他的好，也可以指出他们的不足。用他们，你只需要扬长避短，往往就能带给你意想不到的收获!”她说完，长长地舒一口气。

与她作别的时候，我突然想明白了她的那句“你要知道你是谁”!

是的，行走世间，你是一尾草，你就努力地长叶;你是一朵花，你就努力地绽放;你是一棵树，你就努力地结果。你要知道你是谁，你只有知道你是谁，才会站在属于自己的地方，绽放出属于你的光芒，在职场上立于不败之地!

It takes a little hard work at first to remember things accurately; but memory soon helps itself, and gives very little trouble. It only needs early cultivation to become a power.
