写一封英语邮件作文格式【二】
一封邮件的基本内容通常分为三部分：收件人、主题、正文。
接收人。接收人为传递信息或分布任务的对象。除了接收人之外还可以同时抄送给其他人，抄送对象要看邮件重要程度而定。邮件比较重要，责任比较重大，一旦除了问题承担不了责任的时候，记得把你的直接上司或者领导抄送进来。
主题。主题要突出邮件的主旨，要让别人一看到这个主题就能大概知道你想传递的是什么事情，如：关于”…………“的安排，或者针对“…………”的建议。意思明确，引人注目。
正文。首先是尊称，如：尊敬的领导、亲爱的同事等，如果是领导或者长辈就说“您好”，如果是一般的同事就说“你好”。礼貌是最重要的，不管是对领导还是对同事。然后就是正文的内容，要分主次，先总体表达要传递的'意思，再用“第一/第二/第三/…………”的格式详细描述，别人也会觉得你思路清晰，主次清晰。最后以祝福语结尾，再注明写邮件日期和写邮件的人。
附件。如果想要表达的信息或者材料内容较多，内存较大，也可以作为附件添加进去。在正文里面说的太多，反而别人不容易抓住重点，对于工作繁忙的人来说，更没时间去慢慢看了。
注意事项：

良好的家风，使王琴同志从小就养成了体贴父母、关心父母、孝敬长辈、勤俭持家的传统美德。她的母亲2011年(78岁因脑溢血瘫痪至今，王琴同志一边工作一边还要照顾瘫痪的老母。为了照顾母亲，她和丈夫把工作以外的时间都用在了全心全意照顾身患重病瘫痪在床的母亲身上。虽然家中儿子、媳妇没有正式工作，在外打工，生活艰苦，但是全家人相互理解和支持，相互扶持，和和美美。
在近5年的时间里，她几乎没有出过远门，重复着一样的.动作：洗漱、喂饭、按摩、搓背、换尿布。夏天每天要为老人擦澡，冬天需要两三天擦一次，每天晚上要给老人换3、4次尿布，老人的尿布天天洗。由于常年卧床，加上老年人便秘，每天早晨她都要用手指帮她母亲排便，她从来没有怨言，周围的邻居和朋友都夸她是个大孝子，可她确说，这是自己的老娘，自己要管，这是必须的，这算不了什么，家家都有老人，人人都要老，他们的今天，就是我们的明天，赡养、照顾好老人，是我们应尽的义务，她的回答是那样的朴实而又厚重。
每天她和家人都要将老人从卧室移到阳台上晒晒太阳、做做按摩。夏天，每天晚饭后，还要把母亲从4楼背下来，推着轮椅，陪她去散步，平常给她喂完饭就说说外面的趣闻，陪老人说话，逗她开心，她知道，她所做的这一切，她的母亲也许听不懂，也说不了，但他们这样做只有一个目的，就是让老人在有生之年活的开心、舒服，尽可能多陪陪她，在她身边多敬敬孝。老人虽然2011年起大小便失禁，丧失语言功能，瘫痪在床，由于在她的精心照顾下，近5年的时间里，她的老母因再次脑梗只住过两次院，但身上没有一处瘫痪病人常见的褥疮及溃烂，这是个奇迹，是王琴同志日复一日、年复一年尽心照顾的结果。
在这个家庭里，没有对命运的埋怨、愤怒，他们笑对人生，笑对生活，只有对生命尊严的维护，对家人的珍重和支持。记得她儿子结婚给父母敬茶时，她对儿子、媳妇说过这样一句话：“要孝敬双方的父母、长辈，我就是你们的榜样”， 最后我们用《母亲》这首歌的歌词作为我们的共勉，送给王琴同志：

Dear Sir or Madam,
I m writing to lodge the complaint about the poor quality of an air conditioner that I purchased from Sun Appliance Company.
Frankly speaking, Sun Appliance has always been my favorite. On April 4, 2007, I bought the air conditioner (serial number 12345 from one of your chain store located in Lang Fang. The machine operated well at first, but ten days later, there was a fault that bothered me, that is, the fan made so much noise that I could not sleep well at night. Worse still, the cooling system didn t work well and the machine began to leak recently. Its poor quality ruined almost all my previous impression toward your products.
