关爱残疾人英文作文带翻译【一】
此文因一个关于聋哑人真实的故事略做改编，写给即将到来的2007年5月20日我国第十六个全国助残日。
目前，我国有6000万残疾人，其中包括上千万聋哑人，我们应该真诚地接纳、理解、帮助聋哑人，聋哑人自身也应在越发浓郁的社会扶助氛围里，努力尽己所能，自强不息。

2017年，春节浓郁的氛围在渐渐渺远的鞭炮轰鸣和礼花闪烁中将逝。元宵节的前一天，有一点点昏暗的阳光在云层里躲躲藏藏，若有似无，消瘦枯黄的横斜树枝在微冷的风中摇曳，春寒尤重。
一直以亲姐妹相称的秀华姐姐邀孑孓的我去她家里中饭，每年都是如此，她希望我和她全家一起送别一年新春的最后时日，更重要的是，她希望我见一见一直听她说起、我也急切期盼见到的她四姐妹里曾经最漂亮的秀雅妹妹。
1、初见秀雅
厨房门口，秀雅坐在一只低矮的小板凳上，当时我只能看到她的侧影，她右手拿着一把菜刀，左手握着一块猪耳朵，正全神贯注地剃削上面的毛渍，她不能说话，她已经聋哑了四十年。见我来，她抬起头，有些混沌、呆滞、游移的目光传递给我些许温和的问候，我却不知道应该怎么和她打招呼，连忙向姐姐求助，姐姐做了一个类似作揖的手势，告诉我，这个手势就是问好，我也笨拙地学着姐姐的样子做了，她微笑地点了点头，接受了我的问候，低下头去继续忙活了，我默默地注视着她……
不一会儿，秀雅忙完了手里的活儿，站起身向里屋走去，我不用刻意搜寻，四十出头，人至中年的她，体态有些臃肿，因为岁月惨然，因为流年不济，几乎看不到这个年纪的女人该有的雍容和典雅，她头发有些凌乱，隐约的白发一点不遮掩、生动地定格在我的眼前，昔日她一定是流莹的眸子里写着岁月的漂泊，写着经年的惆怅，皱纹和色斑暗沉也过早地、无情地、大把地驻留在了她曾经秀丽的脸上；她身着一件过时很久的深色中长呢子外套，不很抻透却还整洁。
姐姐对她打着手势，告诉她我比她年龄大一些，也应该是她的姐姐，她急切地打着手势，嘴里还在喁喁着什么，发出短暂低沉的闷响，她在问姐姐我是哪一年出生的，姐姐告诉她结果，她欢喜地把两只手举在头顶，专注地摇晃着脑袋，认真地跳着，做了个兔子蹦达的样子，我明白她的意思，她知道，我应该是属兔的，我也吃惊而兴奋地翘起大拇指，赞赏她真聪明，她满是沧桑和倦怠的脸上绽出了孩子般纯洁的灿烂。
活到现在，应该算是半辈子了，我第一次和一位聋哑人那么近距离地交流，她每一次的`手势和眼神都是那么急切、真诚而执拗。我明白，她急切，因为她想告诉我们，除了不能言语，她什么都正常；她真诚，她希望我们正常人能和她一样有着真诚的胸怀；她执拗，她希望她特殊的表达应该比正常人的语言更为完整、更加完美。
她是多么想像我们一样说话啊，像久旱时期待甘霖，像寒冬里期待暖阳，像长夜里期待黎明……那一刻，我突然觉得自己的卑微和沮丧，面对她，我们所谓的正常人，还有什么资格用一张正常的嘴巴整日里喋喋不休地抱怨世事不平？还有什么权利总在黑夜里频频暗祷上苍的不公呢？我们有口能说，终日滔滔不绝，每每竟说丢了自己的嘴巴。
2、遭遇聋哑，残疾相随
秀雅是秀华姐姐四姐妹里年纪最小的，生于上个世纪六十年代中期。降生后，秀雅精致玲珑的五官，柔白透明的皮肤，会说话的明睛，脸颊边纯灿的笑靥，乖巧听话的性情，不仅仅是父母的最爱，三位姐姐对她更是宠爱有加，姐姐们最自豪的是背着小秀雅出门，秀雅喃喃婉转动听的童音，总是引得街坊邻居好生赞美和爱抚。
