我国的电子产品使用率一直位居世界的前列，仅次于位于第一的巴西。我国的近视率也是位居世界前几位的，其中青少年占近视总人数的百分之四十。而在我国手机功能性使用占比中显示，人们主要使用的手机功能并不是那些真正方便生活的功能。而是像游戏，抖音这些消磨时间的软件。可见人们对手机的使用已经完全扭曲了。如今，大街上，饭店，公园里随处可见抱着手机看得津津有味的孩子和握着手机一动不动的大人，就连原本应该溢满书香的图书馆也被玩手机的低头族所取代。
高尔基曾经说过：“书籍是人类进步的阶梯。”我国古代著名诗人杜甫也曾说过：“读书破万卷，下笔如有神。”这两句名言足以体现读书的重要性。我衷心地希望，那些沉浸在手机中无法自拔的人，和那些用手机浪费青春的人都能及早醒悟，放下手机，不做低头族，不做手机的奴隶，并成为书籍这一伟大文明结晶的忠实阅览者。
