看了你的来信深感欣慰，为你终于将感觉喊出来而高兴。过去两年来，你只知道默默地去工作，虽成绩斐然，然而很少有人了解你优秀的潜质和勇于担当的特质。为此我多次要求你，希望你能够将内心的感悟和工作拿出来与大家分享，达到共同提高的目的。很多时候是当局者迷，作为一名管理者，需要具备怎样的个人素质和品性，才能够确保自己的存在会给自己所在的组织绩效最大化，这个是你忧心的所在。
要回答你提出的问题，我还要先问问你几个问题：1.大学里你的愿景是什么？最终要达到怎样的目标？2.你的职业生涯有没有按照我的要求做了规划？---这是大三需要全班来实行的阶段性目标，你知道大一给你们的目标是尽快找到自己的兴趣点，适应大学生活；大二是发展自己的兴趣，培养好的习惯，基本确立大学生生涯目标；大三是拿出自己的能力，到社会上牛刀小试（实习），规模性的学习专业知识而夯实自己能力；大四才是你们结合自己特质考虑前程问题的时候。3.两年的锻炼，在大学除专业外你拥有了什么可以拿得出手的？4.人生观方面，你是否习得与幸福相关的理念？
你的人生与你的`家庭息息相关，那么综合起来，想必你已经知道接下来我要说什么。之前我们有聊过你想要直接就业，而不是继续。不知道这能不能够算回答了你的问题。
先谈谈作为班长的你的得与失：首先我要肯定下，你的表率作用发挥得很好，希望你继续朝着魅力型领导的方向去发展，增强你的影响力；
其次，你是个充满活力的人，工作积极主动，给同学们带来了实现目标的希望和信心，那些由于年轻而没有预见和杜绝的失误是在所难免的，在今后的人生中注意去完善就好了，何况并不是每个领导一开始就已经习得前瞻的能力；
再次，你的执行力较强并且有很好的想法和点子，要知道一流的点子远不如二流的执行力，为更好的成长，希望你继续发扬自己的优势，同时也要大胆地将自己的想法表现出来；
然后，你是个细心的孩子，懂得关注细节，事情交给你我很放心，知道任何事情的发生都是从量变到质变的过程，懂得从细节中去分析一件事的处理方法和结果，比如帮我租房的过程中的分析和建议，瞧，松下幸之助管理一个公司的经验也是不放过任何一个细节！那么今后走上社会的你，管理中多关注每一位员工的工作态度和情绪，是不是很有必要呢？
最后，加强自身的学习，构建学习型组织，这一点你在下一任班委工作中得到很出色的显现，大一的团结互助小组，学习兴趣小组，以及大二咱们班的学习班会均是其中一方面；另外，在班团委组建中，我不是要求培养接班人么？大家采取了推荐和自荐的形式，将班级好的经验、好的传统得以这么完美的传承下来，这里有你的一份功劳啊！
看到了么？中层管理者需要的特质：影响力、自发性、执行力、关注细节、教练员的角色，这些你已经具备，所以毕业后你可以去公司做一个合格的中层管理者啦。这些你觉得已
经够了么？对于你来说，我认为远远不够！你还有很大的潜质可以去挖掘和发展，未来的世界与现在不同，要与时俱进，就必须多多储备，将自己的综合素质定下坚实的基础，不是吗？万变不离其宗，以后的职业和前途，根在大学，那么怎样不留遗憾的享受美好的大学时光？就是你和同学们现在要考虑的问题，大三啦，是时候去思索自己一生中的奋斗目标，也有这个实力和必要。想一想，咱们能荒废这黄金时间去干些边缘的零碎事情么？这就是我经常让你抓大放小，不要面面俱到，而要集中精力发展自己的原因。
