我又一次从书中嗅到了年轻的当泰斯的气息-----自信、张扬，指挥着船员进港，脸上洋溢着喜悦，拥有着自己的小生活，马赛的.一所房子中，有翘首盼他归来的父亲，几英里的小村子里，有他深爱也深爱着他的未婚妻，如果不出意外，他的生活就会这样平平淡淡而又幸福地过下去？但是，费尔南和当格拉尔的阴谋像击破镜子一样打破了这美好的生活。
“谁把上帝和绝望相提并论！”这声雄浑有力的话语让两条本应永远不会相交的命运线交互错杂在了一起。

抬起头，窗外无数闪烁的明星代替了万家灯火，复仇，不只是***人放火，更是以自己的方式，讨回自己应有的公平。
你，我，还有身边的每一个人，都肯定没有经历过未婚妻背叛，父亲饿死却无人帮忙的境况，但只要设想一下就知道，当泰斯生活的小圈子破碎了，他一定痛苦极了。如果他没有复仇的动力，就没有活下去的希望了，也正是为了复仇，他才不择手段，把自己和法里亚的尸体互换，他说：“他爱爱他的人，他恨恨他的人”
