I bought/ordered an electronic dictionary from your online shop on January 1st, but I found it has some problems after using it for a short period of time.
To begin with, the battery needs recharging after a mere 2 hours of use. This means that I need to carry my charger with me when I go out for a day. In addition, the buttons on the electronic dictionary are so small that it is nearly impossible to type anything with them. Personally, I found this to be completely unacceptable.
Therefore, I would like either to change for another model that works well or a full refund. I am looking forward to your prompt reply.

窗外蓝天依旧蓝，脑中回忆依然清晰。
那个人是我的蓝天。放学后是我最喜欢的时光，蹦蹦跳跳的在她身边，兴奋地说着今天所发生的事情，而她总会提醒我慢点，然后牵起我的手。这时，我会望向天空，看那些云的形状，和她探讨哪朵云的形状更奇怪些。课余时间总是少而又少，但她总会拉我出来透透气，不语，各自想着自己的事情。一切的一切还在继续，只不过距离变了罢了。我只想说，远方的你是否安好？望着天空那些云朵，静静地想，你身边现在还有没有人在拉着你，让你陪她看天边的云彩。
那个物是我的蓝天。无意间又看到了那本有些破旧的本子，那本记载着我初二生活的随笔本，封面是一片天空，不禁让我露出了那灿烂的笑容，翻开，手抚摸着字迹，想起了那段岁月。4月27日，穿着白衬衫和牛仔裤游玩，蓝天白云，一切都是那么美好。6月5日，数学成绩出来了，却不是那么的理想，那鲜红的分数，刺伤了我的眼睛。放学后，独自走着，望向蓝天，心想明天又是新的一天。9月28日，未曾见，愁似残花落尽，人已散，梦醒独彷徨，盈盈水间两茫茫，不思量，却似秋雨落海棠。那些像朵朵白云似的回忆，不曾忘记。
那个笑容是我的蓝天。夜深人静，已很晚。我扔下手中的笔，像泄气的皮球一样瘫在椅子上，望着堆成小山的作业，心中充满了放弃，干脆不写了，明天也不交了。突然，我想起了一张带着微笑的脸庞，也许老师和我一样，正抱着电脑努力工作呢！那个微笑中充满了希望和鼓励。我又重拾信心，拿起笔继续写作业。
纯白的云与透蓝的天镶嵌的如此和谐。迎着微风，展开灿烂的笑容。

哪怕我只是这个世界的一颗小小星辰，但我还活着。——题记
这个绚烂的世界，每天都在变化着，七彩的霓虹灯闪烁着，我拥有什么，又失去了什么？也许是几度流连不曾拥有，亦或是拥有一切平凡享尽。
我有眼睛，所以我看见了这个世界，看见白云，看见蓝天，看见爱的人。我有耳朵，所以我听见了这个世界，听见风从耳廓拂，听见孩童天真的笑，听见你对我说的每一句关心。
有风亦有云，有忧亦有情。因为我有一颗一直在跳动的心，所以我有忧愁也有情，为什么好看的衣服总是买不完，为什么脸上的痘痘总是赶不跑，为什么会哭泣，我也不知道。
可是我知道，我有鼻子，所以我闻到芳香，呼吸着你身上的味道还有你的呼吸。哦这个世界呀，一切都是那么美好，我还有一张可爱的`小嘴，所以我可以和爱的人们呀交谈。
是呀，我家境并非特别好，没有豪车接送，也没有太多名牌衣裳，可是呀，我手里还有五元钱！于是我记下了重大事件备忘录：今晚到超市买糖吃，一想到十根棒棒糖，心里就开了花。
妈妈总是和我说一些大道理：“人总是不会满足，爱你的人可能离去亦可以离去，但是记住不要伤心不要哭泣。”我眨巴着黑眼睛：“怎么会伤心难过呀！拥有爱是幸福的，可是没有人必须要爱我，哦不，除了自己呀！”，
天真的像个小孩，赖着脸皮问爸爸，还装作一个小大人：“先生，你的手心是最柔软的床，我可以尿床吗？先生。”
邻居家的小弟弟从路边摘了朵小花递给我，也许它土得掉渣，可我却如获至宝。
这个世界的一切都是那么美好呀！我有爱我的人和我爱的人，我有冰淇淋，巧克力和棒棒糖，这就够了。在这个本身就不公平的世界上，有的人天生享尽荣华富贵，有的人却贫穷如水，可是，好好把握所拥有的，这就够了呀！
即使我只是这个世界的一颗小小星辰，但我还活着，我可以用生命感悟世界，这，就够了。
