打开陈大伟教授撰写的《教育科研与教师成长》一书，心情豁然畅快。为了提高自身的科研管理能力，所以也一直翻阅相关的教育科研方面书籍，但终因这些书籍的理论术语过陌生，对我而言过于苍白，读起来总感觉索然无味而最后弃之。而陈大伟教授的《教育科研与教师成长》以对话的形式，用直白的语言向我们一线教师清新自然地述说着教育科研的幸福感，我想每一位阅读者肯定十分欣喜地接受书中的观点。

书中围绕“教育科研和教师成长”分别从五个话题进行阐述：教育研究，我心有主，修炼发现研究问题的慧眼，规划研究行动，脚踏实地地研究，成为优秀的研究型教师。

其中的话题二——修炼发现研究问题的慧眼，的确是我们一线教师最为迫切需要的。通过平时的教学研究发现，我们的一线教师教育教学困惑很多，到真的要去找寻进行研究时，却总是找不到一个有价值的教学问题。我们的很多教研组活动要提高教研活动的真正有效性，关键是要从平时的教育教学问题出发，在实践中解决问题，这才是真正的教学研究。爱因斯坦说过：“提出一个问题往往比解决一个问题更重要，因为解决问题也许仅是一个数字上或实验上的技能而已。而提出新问题、新的可能性，从新的角度看旧的问题，都需要有创造性的想象力，而且标志着科学的真正进步。”的确，问题是研究的起点，但很多教师在实践中却很难发现自己的问题。仅不能完成教学任务，还会令学生在问题的轰炸中失去信心，无效学习。可见大家还是缺少了一双发现问题的慧眼。

如何寻找问题所在，让问题真正成为我们教学时的朋友？我们不妨可以从这些方面去探究。

如果多加留心，教师往往可以从看似平常的教学工作看出问题来，这些似乎都已成为了一种习惯，但却是我们可以解决的、有价值的问题。比如，有些教师通过大量的听课发现，课堂上不少学生听讲时注意力不集中，而在讲课的老师看来，他所讲的这些话又是对学生的学习很有帮助的，于是听课教师就提出了“课堂教学中如何提高学生的注意力”的问题。

又如，有些教师深入钻研教材后发现有些教学内容互相渗透、关联比较密切，如果按照教材安排进行教学，虽然难度降低了，但不易于培养学生的综合思考问题和应用知识的能力，于是他就提出“能否重新安排这部分内容的教学顺序，做到既分散学习的难度，又能逐个突出重点”的问题。再比如，一些老师常常因为小组合作学习而影响教学进度，因此提出“在开展小组合作学习的同时，如何有效完成教学任务”的问题。
